Message if it goes lean.

I just pulled my plugs out, I was having problems running lean (fuel pump) everytime I would boost, I would immediately strart running on 5 cylinders. Pulled out plug from #6 and it was grounded out, NO gap. The det. hammered the plug instead of my piston. I check the compression, about 5 psi low in that cylinder, but it has always been lower.

Had I been running pltainum plugs, the plug would not have ground out so easily and the cylinder would have run lean for much longer.
